What can I do if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived and the indicated time limit has passed, write us an email to hicksteadshop@gmail.com
All shipping conditions are counted from the day of purchase as long as it is before 2:00 p.m.
Returns
How to request a return?
You must fill out the form that you find just below this section. We will answer you within 24 – 48 hours (working days)
Returns are not allowed on add-ons.
On your own, you will have to send the package to the following address (in order to make said return, we will have to receive the package within a maximum period of 20 days from the date of purchase.
Hickstead will pick up your package at your home address.
All changes and returns will be requested or made with the corresponding invoice.

Shipping and return costs will always be borne by the customer.
To send your package, put the garments in the same box and bag that you received, along with the invoice marking the item you want to return.
You can make the shipment by the courier you prefer to the address Avenida de Italia 11, 2ºd – 41012, Seville (Spain). Remember that the packaging must be the original and be labeled and in perfect condition. If everything is correct, you will receive the refund amount in your account in a few days.
Otherwise, Hicksteadshop reserves the right not to make the exchange or refund.
What is the maximum plan to request a refund?
The return, always within a period of 15 calendar days, will be effective within a maximum period of 7 days from when it arrives at our facilities and will be paid through the same payment method that you made the purchase.
RETURN IN STORE
You can make the return in store as long as you are within the return period (15 calendar days from the date of purchase).
You can make the return in store if the order is purchased in the peninsula at a cost of € 4.72.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Hickstead only sells items in perfect condition but if exceptionally you receive a garment with a defect, please contact our customer service department within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the order at the email address hicksteadshop@gmail.com
